XONEX Relocation requires all Gateway users to enable Multi-factor Authentication (MFA). To set up and start using MFA take the following steps:

• Step 1: Determine the authenticator you want to use.
• Step 2: Visit gateway.xonex.com
• Step 3: Enter ONLY your Username and Password and press the 'Login' button.
• Step 4: Enter 'XONEX' in the Name of your Account field and press 'Ok'. (Please Note this can be any value, no spaces are allowed.)
• Step 5: Open your authenticator and scan the QR code. You can use any preferred authenticator app (Duo, Google, etc.).
• NOTE: You must scan the QR code with an authenticator application. Do NOT scan with your camera app, this will not set-up the account correctly
• Step 6: Enter the 6-digit token into the validation box and press "Validate".
• Step 7: Save or copy the "Scratch Codes". These are one-time use codes that you can use if you don't have access to your 'Authenticator'.
• Step 8: You will return to the login page, enter your Username, password, and 6-digit token from your authenticator.
• Step 9: Click the login button.
